How do you make cards?
1. Project submitted to PCS.
2. Pre-Press completed by PCS.
3. Proof produced and sent to you for your approval.
4. Proof approved or marked with changes and returned.
5. Plates and/or screens made.
6. Core sheets printed.
7. Sheets laminated and die-cut.
8. Card customized for customers fulfillment needs.
9. Finished cards packed and shipped.
Do plastic cards have a standard size?
YES, 3.375 x 2.125. (Like a standard credit card)
Can I have images printed on both sides of my card?
YES, we can print up to six colors on each side of the card.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
NO, just call for pricing.
Can my colors be matched?
YES, but remember if your cards are laminated (which produces the most durable
card), colors may vary slightly due to high heat exposure in lamination.
Can you add a hologram to my card?
YES. Standard and custom holograms designed for visual impact or to provide
security can be applied to your card via hot stamping.

Is there a difference between low- and high-coercivity magnetic stripes?
YES. The data on a high-coercivity (2750-4000 Oersteds) stripe cannot be easily erased by a magnet as a low-coercivity (300 Oersteds) stripe can.
Is my plastic card really a marketing tool?
YES! Your card is a personalized ad in the possession of your customer or member.
